I practice almost ever day being my own nurturing parent David. I am home with a broken rib as I write to you and your writing is inspiring me to think of how can I nurture my little one in this situation. He is creating some red lights about pain and how I can earn money gardening while I'm out of action.

I used the golden thread yesterday to help him see that we have always found a way. Thank you for the inspiration.

I see you

I hear you

I am here for you

My little one

This is very helpful and I'll put in in a piece of artwork to be reminded

You speak of reclaiming a part that was lost and hidden David. Is this our true self / Shen as you may call it before challenge occured in my early years and I decided I was lacking somehow ?

You suggest that we should celebrate our success and recently I realised that I always skip this bit . Because of this realisation I'm making a point of celebrating successes now a new habit I want to cultivate .

Thank you I've never thought of asking my inner child what he dreams of. I've realised recently that my view has been that life had to be survived and not to expect much . I wonder what he would dream if he felt safe with me to do so?

Re-parenting

Encourage dreams

Embrace imperfections

& Believe in the endless possibilities

Thank you for sharing how Chinese tea can be used for our wellness David. I've been using a gunpowder green and Assam tea for kombucha making for a year now and I love the complexity of the flavour and the aliveness I experience drinking my kombucha. Thank you for all you shared . Dan
